It was clean, comfortable and staff were very accommodating and attentive.
The unit I was located in was right below the kitchen/restaurant so the noise woke me up in the early morning.

Our sea view room was great, very big, with a nice little balcony. Unlike a lot of rooms we have stayed in the paintwork looked relatively fresh, and the furniture and sofa were so clean they looked new. Bed was comfy, and we had a bath which was great but there wasn’t a separate shower, which was fine for us. The staff were great and always had a big smile, even if we had a giggle using Google translate. We found a bar doing live music about a 10min walk away called cheers, far better than the tourist traps opposite the hotel.
The pool is inside the bar area on the roof terrace, it has a low ceiling and field very closed in, the pictures dont really show you. There are 6 Sun loungers and they are next to the end of the pool, where the table and chairs for afternoon tea is served and the sun sets at the back of the hotel so no sun on the terrace after 2pm. Finally the afternoon tea was dreadful, I know it was free, but the bread was so stale you could break it and crumble it, it’s only ham unless you ask for cheese, and it’s 2 teas on alternate days same ham sandwich but different stale bread and either yogurt or panacotta, But the little biscuits were yummy.

Location to beach and good restaurants
Misleading information regarding what’s included in the price.
The afternoon tea was very basic
No offer of an airport transfer and when I tried to book they wanted almost triple the cost
Staff not very welcoming

Location
The reception area was crowded and it appeared people were either early to check in or wating for transfers so there was nowhere to sit. Alot of families with children made it very noisy.
