Location and view. Infinity pool was a nice touch. Breakfast buffet was exceptional.
Staff was too inquisitive often times looking over our shoulders at our phones after asking us where we are going. We asked them to call a spa for us, since we could not call out on our phones, and was offered a different spa that was affiliated with the hotel. They ended up never calling and gave my girlfriend a hard time for not choosing their spa. Very rude behavior and was a huge turnoff to what was a very beautiful hotel.

Location
This is the first hotel in Vietnam where we did not receive any help with our luggage when we arrived at the entrance, and there were no welcome drinks either. The doorman simply said, "Get in," with a grumpy expression.
The reception is on the second floor. When we arrived there, there were two desks with four receptionists/staff members, all looking at their phones. I stood there patiently for almost a minute before one of them finally looked up and asked, "What do you want?" (What could someone possibly want at a hotel reception while carrying two large backpacks and a smaller one? To talk about the weather, maybe?)
An hour or two after we checked in, I received a WhatsApp message from the reception asking about our plans, offering suggestions, and providing assistance with transportation if needed. Receiving such a message is quite normal in my experience. The only difference was the excessive use of emojis and even a sticker of a bunny with a heart.
This "personal" approach, combined with the lack of a proper greeting, the unfriendly behavior of the front desk during check-in, and the absence of any welcome from the doormen, felt very unprofessional.
The staff at the sky bar were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about their colleagues.

Modern hotel, air conditioned restaurant on ground floor. Cold pool on rooftop. Fast elevator to the 21st floor. Air conditioning in room was great.
Staff lacked a bit of personality. Breakfast was not enjoyable- felt like they were skimping. Bed was a little hard. No hot water.
