The shower and seperate tub were great. Very hot water even at the sink in the bathroom. The bed was fantastic. Staff was helpful aways. View was fantasic but did come with a cost of some noise from the beach area but minor and ended before too late.
The breakfast was fantastic but the bacon at times was half cooked and really needed to be cook longer but again very minor issue and the rest of breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel is located on beautiful Da Nang beach with beautiful and long walking promenade that unfortunately didn't walk much due to rainy weather that follow us. But that didn't dampened this great hotel experience with wonderful and caring staff , and delicious breakfast. The reception staff even arranged breakfast on our departure date as we leaving early before breakfast starts. Such a wonderful and thoughtful people, thank you for great stay at your hotel.
Only one thing that I could think about it weather, we had so much rain... But again that's not the hotel problem...

Warm welcome and a thank you to Caren for going above and beyond to make sure our dietary needs were met - we are Gluten Free. The chef walked us round the buffet breakfast and explained what we could eat which was appreciated.
Dated and room overlooked the neighbouring building. Room was clean but the hotel should invest in new towels for the bathroom and pool area.
