I would not rate this 4-5 * there are many better stays in the area!

It was a nice spacious apartment with comfy beds and nice view of the beach as we were on the 28th floor. The location is withing walking distance to many spas and restaurants and minutes away from the beach, but if you are looking for beach chairs you will have to go much further down!

The apartment it-self had a very stale and damp smell and the kitchen utensils and facilities were very used and had dirty stain marks on them and ther were ugly brown dirt marks on most of the curtain nets which were not displeasing! We had a problem with the shower as there is no hot water, but lucky enough there were two showers room available. I tried the breakfast on the first day and never went back, the choice was very limited! It was very crowded and beacuse the food was located one side, there was a big queue and the staff did not clean or filled up the food frequently compared to the amount of guest that was there. There was a main problem with this building is the lift, there was 3 lifts available but always seem like only one worked, I have waited nearly 3-5 mins from ground floor to reach 28th floor but at times it makes so many stops on the way which is quite frastrating every time you need to go out.

- be aware of the beach, not safe at times - no walking distance food places - room service very long waiting times - lift is very slow, takes up to 15 mins wait

Pleasant

Near the beach and has two bedroom suite with dining table, ref, microwave and basic essential stuff

It was not mentioned that there is currently a construction in front of the hotel. We thought we would be having city view with some beach views but because of the construction, we couldnt see any view. Also at first, aircon was not working but it was fixed so it’s ok.

Nice hotel, stay was enjoyable.

Hotel was nice and the room was quite large. Balcony was tiny, though. Glad to have 2 bathrooms and also the in room laundry facilities (washer and dryer) was a bonus. Rooftop pool was nice as was the gym. Breakfast was OK.

Only 3 elevators for 33 floors, so it could take a while to go up and down. Found the location to be a tad isolated. Had to get a taxi to the busier areas with restaurant etc.

View from 2 bedroom was spectacular. Room was exceptional. Bed was comfortable. Staff were amazing and extremely helpful

Very good

Amazing 2 bedroom apartment. Extremely comfortable and luxurious with 2 bathrooms. The beds were really comfortable. Front of house were attentive. Breakfast good in large cafeteria with a great view to Da Nang city.

The construction right next to the hotel is an eyesore. It ruins the view from the top pool and really the rooms that down the beach ( which was one of our rooms) The hotel should be finished in 2023 but travellers need to know this. Saying that all in the Like section stands great hotel but be ware there is construction close by.

Spacious Stay Near The Beach

Great location a short walk from the beach. Super large apartment that gave us a lot of space to work with, and definitely a sizeable bathroom. Very glad to have had to living room space to chill with my friends. The room came with a washing machine and dryer, and free powder! This gave us the opportunity to do a laundry stop that helped us out for the rest of our long trip through Vietnam. Staff were extremely helpful in booking us trips to Hoi An and to Hue, and breakfast had a nice spread.
