Great give star stay in Danang

From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this is some of the best service I’ve ever had. We arrived at 10am and had planned to leave our bags and head out but our room was ready for us which was a nice bonus. The room was a decent size and was clean. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked well. The balcony was a good size and would have had a lovely view if it wasn’t so foggy. Having a separate door on the toilet was a nice touch. The steam room, sauna and pool were nice but the pool was freezing. We still enjoyed our swim and cocktails by the pool! Breakfast was good as were the cocktails at the rooftop bar. There was a loud party across the street at night but the GRO spoke to each group individually at breakfast and apologised which was unnecessary but showed good care. For the price, this hotel is definitely worth it!!

The room didn’t feel small but because of the layout, there wasn’t really anywhere to lay the suitcase out except on the bed.

Great value and comfortable

Stylish with great ocean views. Good bar cocktails and food. Han Duc as a server and bartender was very friendly. Ask him to make you his signature cocktail.

Pool is a little small. Outside parties on the beach very loud from 18:00-22:00

Lovely stay for a couple

Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We had a problem with the drainage in the shower and it was promptly fixed. We had to check out early due to an early flight and they gave us our breakfast in a bag to-go. Views were absolutely stunning.

Very comfortable big rooms. Well maintained and clean. Free bottled water supplied daily.

Across from the hotel there is a venue, and some evenings the music was so loud. The speakers were too powerful for the small venue. But NOT the hotel’s fault.

Give it a try

Very large modern sauna and steam room.. all perfectly in order. If you like sauna you will definitely like it. To make even most of the big hotel brands jealous.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms in Da Nang!

We had an incredible stay at Sel de Mer! I was previously staying at another property in Da Nang that did not meet our standards. We booked our room late at night to check in the following day. We left our previous property as soon as possible and checked in to Sel de Mer. The front desk staff let us check in our bags and go to the pool. We were able to get into our rooms early, and they left us a nice arrangement in our room for our honeymoon. The AC was AWESOME. It worked exceptionally well, which is needed in Da Nang. The beds were so incredibly comfortable. The showers worked great, and the soaps smelled really good. We got a city view room, which was amazing to look out at everyday. The breakfast buffet is excellent. There are great options, and it was very tidy, well-stocked, and organized. The pool and gym are gorgeous and overlook the water. The gym also had a great variety of equipment.

I will say that the location is a bit far from some local bars and restaurants. But that makes the property feel a bit more quiet and private. Getting a Grab is easy, so this was no no problem for us.

Perfect hotel for next vacation

Great breakfast and lovely ocean view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location to make the most of the beach.

The hotel is located a little far from the main shopping area and restaurants which is not really an issue but the weather was not great during my stay so I could not go to the beach. It's easy and cheap to get a Grab taxi in any case.

Would come back!

The room was stunning, the staff and food great. I liked that it was a bit further away from all tourists areas.

Not possible to get tanned by the pool, since there’s a roof covering. This is probably because most visitors (Asians) don’t like to get tanned and fully understandable.

Gorgeous room, comfortable and friendly staff

Location; It's perfect. It takes a few minutes to go to the beautiful My Khe Beach. Services provided: The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The room gorgeous, comfortable and it was cleaned daily. I had the massage in the hotel as well, It was great and relaxing! Staff: The friendly Staff would speak English and were willing to provide useful information and help.

All the thing in the hotel was awesome! There was nothing I didn't not like.

Karaoke Nightmares by opposite restaurant, so loud that you can't rest.

Hotel is nice boutique style, friendly staff nearby good seafood restaurant. By the beach

When you pay a premium for a seafront js you expect tranquility & serenity yet the hotel is bombarded with wrong keys out of tunes karaoke sessions from 6pm - 10pm on weekends. Because there's a restaurant opposite the hotel and wedding receptions were on. Total wreckage for a good holiday!!!!!

Splendid Stay

Wonderful stay. Staff is extremely polite and always smiling. Special thanks to Mr Man (Relationship Officer) for his extremely polite and welcoming nature. And Ms Hong Nhi on the breakfast floor is a very sweet and was very helpful especially to my wife finding all eggless food due to allergic to eggs. Perfect location for hotel and breakfast buffet is fantastic.

It is very close to an excellent Hotel

it’s almost excellent! crispy clean and a very well maintained Hotel just across the street from a beautiful beach. The rooms a well sized and comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, highly recommend

it’s almost a perfect hotel but doesn’t have a heated pool, the rooms are not equipped with vanity mirrors. That and badly placed lights make shaving impossible

A very nice discovery in Da Nang

Staff was very friendly and professional. They dealt with all of our enquiries very fast. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices and fresh options. The room was very spacious, new and very neat, with a beautiful view. The bathroom was extremely gorgeous and nice. A very good touch was also the walking closet.

The only thing, that we knew beforehand, is that it is a bit outside of the tourist locations, but still walkable to enjoy the nice weather before and after dinner. The pool is on the 5th floor which causes that there is not much direct sunlight and the noise from the street echoes in it.

Big room but moldy and noisy

Close to the ocean, big rooms and big balcony

not cleaned room, mold in the shower, we used flip flop in shower because it was dirty and not sound proofed at all.

Beautiful staff n hotel

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff are friendly, hotel is beautiful, service amazing. Each night knock on the door with a bottle of water and a cookie - nice personal touch. Definitely go back
