Facility is clean and unique.

The hotel is located in out skirt and there are not many choices at hotel for dining and purchasing snacks, drinks, and even souvenirs. The hotel should have more varieties of restaurants and convenient items sold in various locations within the property. In addition, room service ends around 10PM seems bit too early.

Movie theatre at Waterpark 365 is new, would have like that details are provided as what is playing and when the session is on, went up and down 4 levels and in the end a staff had to call up centre management, so here’s the info for you : 1 session per day. Starts at 1pm(unless they change it) Our 5 days stay we didn’t get a chance to watch anything.

Suited to Japanese families only. Do not go here solo. Do not go if you want to be near Da Nang.

It was clean.

It is SO remote from Da Nang - a 30 minute taxi ride to the city. I was aware of this but there is an onsite supermarket advertised, however this was closed as they are doing maintenance on the ground floor. There seems to be too many staff deployed in the wrong places. Check in/lobby attendants were overbearing and aggressively intrusive. Bar and restaurant staff were nowhere to be found. I was the only diner in a 200+ capacity room with at least 12 service staff and I still had to get up and go to the bar to ask to order after 20 minutes sat alone. Buggies to take people to poolside villas were unavailable every time l left the main building. Not that I would have taken them but if I was with young or elderly family it would have been an issue, so please note. The beach club across the motorway was hosting a wedding which made a lot of the space inaccessible and super busy with wedding guests. The bed was large but it was made up of 2beds side by side with a hard, uncomfortable and even painful seam in the middle so you can only sleep on one side. I think this is definitely a good family friendly hotel for Japanese tourists. I wanted a nice resort to relax and recover in for 2 days after some intense travelling, and this was not the place for that.

Great choice and great service if you want to stay away from city

Very well facilitated. Great for family. But as solo also good for relaxation. It has everything you need for 2-3 days. The Japan theme is special- which serves as as a lively attraction for the locals a well. Hotel really try to be most hospitable - with nightly water fountain show and weekend outdoor movies. Vicinity to attached water park and onsen is definitely a plus. You can even walk along beach / broad walk where locals hang out and it’s safe.

If you want city scene and street roaming then this location is a bit far.

Incredible facilities and a kid paradise. The most beautiful rooftop pool in Asia! Best breakfast too.

Great resort for fun & amazing family holiday

Great resort.. staffs are friendly and all restaurants are great too. Nice rooftop pool and amazing onsen and water park. Happy to bring family again.

다낭 관광 전후 조식과 수영장 이용의 즐거움이 있는 곳~

호텔 22층에서 바라보는 바다의 전경과 수영장 시설등은 훌륭했다. 외부 수영장과 22층의 수영장을 다 이용할 수 있었고, 외부 수영장의 경우 물놀이 시설이 다양하여 즐거움이 있었다. 일본에서 투자한 호텔이라 일본의 문화를 조금이나마 체험할수 있었다. 조식을 함께 이용할 수 있어 좋았고, 메뉴도 다양하고 매일 조금씩 변경되니 다채로웠다.

위치는 다낭 중심지와는 다소 떨어져 있는 점과 숙소가 22층 건물과 옆에 빌라형식의 숙소로 나뉘어져 가족 일행과 많은 시간을 보내지 못한 점이 아쉽니다. 사전에 미리 조정을 하지 못한 점이 아쉬웠다.

- warm pool water - view from rooftop pool was great and we love the idea that the bar was right inside the pool - lots of restaurant inside the resort - free buggy car pick up & drop off across the entire property and even to the beachside restaurant - the staff were friendly - Japanese style interior - lots of options at the breakfast and with great quality - lots of facility in the water park and we had so much fun in the water park

- a little too early closing time of the rooftop pool (it closes at 8pm) - the resort was around 15 mins drive to the airport and to the city center - this is not exactly a dislike for us because we prefer to stay in the resort and the resort did have enough facility to contain us for an entire day

It is convenient to bring children to the water park as it is just downstair of the hotel.

The water temperature of the outdoor water park pool is quite cold, children are not able to play too long outside. It will be great if the water temperature of the outdoor water park pool is warm (same as the indoor pool).

Excellent, fun filled stay.

The hotel is beach facing with an excellent ocean view. The top floor heated pool and Jacuzzi were excellent and very relaxing. The kids loved the water park and spent one whole day in that area. A special mention of the hotel recption staff, they were very cooperative and went out of their way to assist me in getting an item that I lost at Hanoi airport shipped to Danang and to the hotel within a day. Breakfast spread is huge, although vegetarian options are limited and no Indian options, but its a Japanese resort so cannot complain. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.

Đồ ăn ngon và thoải mái.

Sang trọng, ấn tượng, sảnh lễ tân rất đẹp và có nhiều hoạt động văn hoá, có bảo tàng, vườn kiểu nhật, hồ cá koi, tháp chuông và công viên nước. Có 4 nhà hàng và đặt biệt là đầu bếp người nhật nấu, đủ phong cách việt, hàn, nhật, hoa. Nguyên liệu rất tươi, món ăn rất ngon. Nhân viên đẹp và chăm sóc tận tình Nên đặt phòng bao gồm tắm Osen và công viên nước vì quá là thoải mái.

Bể bơi rất tuyệt! Phòng VIP trên tầng 22 view đẹp và yên tĩnh. Các bạn phục vụ trong phòng VIP rất chuyên nghiệp và nhiệt tình! Công viên nước trong nhà rất lý tưởng trong mọi thời tiết!Sảnh Lobby rất đẹp, nhiều chỗ check in. Đặc biệt khu vườn Nhật

Good for a meal, but avoid wasting time and money on staying

Outdoor water park and F&B staff

Villa smelled of sewage all the time. Excavation works at the villa next door to ours. Front desk staff totally incompetent. Check in and check out disastrous.

Clean, top notch staff and facilities. So much to entertain kids even when weather was bad. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor water park! Adults enjoyed the infinity pool and onsen at the indoor facility was great! Delicious buffet brekky and we had dinner a few nights at the restaurant at The Blue was fantastic food and service! We totally enjoyed ourselves. We extended our stay to 10 days! We will be back! :)

More change tables for baby in change rooms in the indoor water park would be more convenient and providing beach/swim towels for guest in their rooms would be super :) but it’s not a big issue. Just little things.

ダナンに来たら1日は泊まるべき

とにかく全てが最高です。サービスも良いですし、ウォーターパーク・温泉もありここだけでも1日楽しめるし、朝食ビュッフェはどれも美味しく日本食も多くあるので、日本の味が恋しくなってもわざわざ日本食レストランに足を運ぶ必要もありません。お値段も高くないのでコスパ最強だと思います。また、ここに宿泊する前日に泊まったホテルに忘れ物をしたのですが、スタッフの方が代わりに電話で捜索もしてくださって(結果的には見つかりませんでしたが)とても感謝しております。

特にないですが、強いて挙げるならウォーターパーク・温泉の営業時間がもう少し長ければいいなと思います。(午後7時まで)
