The facilities were great. The staff explained to us halal option food
the staff do not communicate well. We requested for airport transfer but they did not confirm and we were stranded in the airport for 45minutes. they don’t seem to understand the frustration with 2 kids and 1 elderly. on the day of check out, they did not communicate to the staff of my late check out and i told them to send the bell boy to pick up luggage’s and that too wasn’t done.

Nothing, it was a lovely stay and had everything you need. Unable to order food from outside but understandable with hotels policy to keep clean

Good restaurants. Good size family room. Outdoor swim area and beach access is nice. Staff have been very helpful und friendly.
Rooms are very plain and need some maintenance. Bathroom is small compared to the room. Not very clean in places. Indoor waterpark is very busy and beach pool area was very hectic.
