Location. Quiet but footsteps from the centre of everything
We booked on the understanding that there were Spa and in house beauty services. Under renovation, unavailable. We should have been pre warned

The location was unbeatable. 500 metres from My Khe but far enough away from the noise
The gym was non descriptive. We booked on the understanding that there was a Spa and in-house beauty centre. That was unavailable as it was being renovated with building works. We should have been informed and so should booking.com

The beds were huge (two singles pushed together though meaning there was a dip in the middle).
The pool was a decent size.
The location was spot on.
The shower had a good heat to it.
The breakfast wasn’t anything out of the ordinary for this region of the world.
Felt very business like.

Hotel is in the best location, 5 min walk to beach, 2 min walk to many restaurants, Breakfast was big and Buffet, Room was not good for many reasons.. too dark room, dim light in bathroom, staff of F& B not trained. Front office staff do not know how to address the Hotel Guests --need to be trained for 4 starts ranking.
ROOM , BATHROOM , F&B Staff served and the first address with Receptionist at the time of check in. standard of training is low.
