Friendly staff. Large room with great shower
Rooftop bar and pool area is lovely
Close to everything
Building works both sides however this was advised up front and the hotel does provide a small compensation by way of drinks

We loved this hotel! If we ever come back to Da Nang we are definitely staying here again.
Great buffet breakfast, housekeeping everyday, beautiful pool at the rooftop, located just in front of the beach and next to restaurants and stores, and last but not least, the staff was wonderful —very nice and helpful with everything—. They also have an afternoon tea at 2pm with fruits and cakes, so we were only having dinner outside (despite they have a restaurant which I’m sure must be delicious).
Nothing, it was perfect.

spacious rooms right by the beach, rich breakfast, very friendly staff
construction nearby which they try to compensate with coffee coupons, with which you can only get black coffee

Haian is well located with great sea views from the front facing room we had (606). The pool staff are great (Adam gets a special mention for his attention) and we also enjoyed the afternoon tea.
The construction noise is the killer for my rating. I can only assume Danang is not governed by noise regulations after dark! Heavy works were still underway well after midnight. A call to reception brought empathy but an inability to take any action. A complimentary voucher for a drink does not compensate for 3 sleepless nights unfortunately. I’d pre paid for 3 nights. Beware. These works only appear to be in their infancy with many more months to come I suspect.
