We got to experience a very nice holiday at Da Nang with HAIAN. What you see is what you get. Just take note that there is an ongoing construction beside the hotel. We appreciate Ms. Subeo's and other staffs' customer service. They also accommodated our requests and made sure that we were comfortable from check-in to check out. They also nicely offered an airport shuttle upon checkout for us but we had other plans. We also appreciate the small gift we received.

Location, breakfast and food in general was very good
Staff was ok .We had to "wait" until they checked nothing was consumed in the room. They can always charge the cc. It was disrespectul not to believe us....
I will give it 3 stars to this hotel
