Khăn dùng để lau chân và lau sàn nhà vệ sinh vốn dĩ xài thì sẽ bị dơ. Nhưng khách sạn lấy lý do đó để phạt tiền khách hàng 150k vì khăn lau chân lau sàn dơ. Vô lý, Trải nghiệm tệ. Không quay lại. Mọi người cân nhắc trước khi book khách sạn này. Khách sạn làm tiền khách hàng.

Never, ever would stay there again.

Beach across the road. Plenty of restaurants.

Due to construction next door, had to change to another room, but only a cheaper one available, but management refused to refund the difference - never offered an upgrade. They begged us not to write a bad review, but we stated we had no choice. Construction site decided to take down their builders crane at 2am so a lot of noise until 7am. Across the road there was a beach bar which played loud music from 9am to midnight. How this hotel got a 4 star rating is totally unbelievable- toiletries were 2nd rate, shower leaked badly, other occupants were very loud, bed was hard and lumpy. Pool on 20th floor was a joke. Very small and not clean looking. Undercover so didn't get any sun.

Right on the beach, nice staff.

Pretty old and beat up... Needs some work. Aircon wasn't cold. Bar fridge wasn't cold. You can't switch the balcony light off.

wonderful stay! we stayed here twice for a total of 10 days during our trip to Vietnam

love the smell, lemongrass loved the staff

food could be a little better, but I believe they cater more towards Koreans appetite, where as we enjoyed more of the Vietnamese diet

Superb

Very good hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff and breakfast buffet was really good too. Won't hesitate to stay here again!

Can't walk to the town centre. About 5-6 KMs.

not bad

panoramic view of the beach from our balcony was beautiful, location of hotel was quite good, of course beachfront and also restaurants nearby. staff were helpful and friendly, assisted to book and arrange one of the best spa experience I had.

hotel, room, restaurant are a little run down with old interior and decor. rooftop pool wasn’t as beautiful as expected, it quite small and side views were blocked.

Staff speak little English and hence difficulty in communicating. Dinner service was unavailable. Was not in the hotel in the noon so can’t say about lunch.

Wonderful stay

Well priced, centrally located hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Wi-fi signal sometimes is weak. I recommemd to add chairs on the balcony but otherwise it is really great hotel.

Except for the location and huge room, I won't recommend people to stay here.

Location is good and size of the room is huge.

Horrible! Staffs can't speak English and hard to communicate. The staff requested to hold a passport as of deposit but I refused then he offered to pay cash. Hotel is mostly for the local people so the standard will be different from the foreigners. Breakfast is horrible!!! How can they don't provide milk for the breakfast. Small amount of milk just for coffee. I asked the staffs and they just said NO MILK. Coffee tasted burnt!!! We stayed in 19th floor but still can hear the noise from karaoke and the noise only stop after 11pm. New construction building next door so you can hear the construction noise too. The swimming pool can see the construction site so block 1/4 of the view and just made you don't want to go to swimming pool. Took at least 15 mins to get hot water. I recommend people to turn off AC if you come back from the beach/pool otherwise you may get sick with the cold water. NO hot water (around 5am) at all!!! AC automatically turned off at night.

Stay was very nice, Ocean View Room for a month

Did not have a reastuarant to have had the opportunity to order what you wanted. They did have a free breakfast but that gets old after a few days.

Lack of expediency when requests made to front office staff and their general inability to organise simple tasks like housekeeping, noise from other rooms and corridors.

Not worth the price!

The ocean view from the room is amazing!, if you stay in the sea view room, not partial sea view room.

The facility is old and the maintenance hasn’t been done well enough. The stuff aren’t helpful nor supportive at all. The gym has almost no equipment to workout. The breakfast is terrible.

Wonderful stay, you will enjoy

The front desk are friendly and decent special thanks to Alyssa and Steven. The room is clean and tidy. Bathroom is always clean. Breakfast was good with fruits and desserts. Variety of TV channels.

Sometimes the towels smell. AC at the fitness center is not working and no supervision for Gym and pool.

Friendly staff, good location, bad breakfast.

The staff is very friendly, and they speak good level of English. The hotel lobby is welcoming and comfy. It has a great location, there are nearby good restaurants and bars. The beach is just across the street. The hotel also has several lifts which makes going to your room quite easy. The passages are bright, but because they are carpeted to avoid noise when the carpets get wet, they smell horrendous, a mixture of garbage and sewage. They tried to dry them, but the smell was really bad. The premium suite has a wonderful balcony and view; however, it’s a bit smallish. The bed is a bit hard but comfortable enough.

The bathroom is also a bit tight. The hotel is only 6 months old, but the shower area has built up a lot of mold. If you are a heavy sleeper you will have a wonderful rest; however, if you are a light sleeper, the room has thin walls and you can hear the noises from next door rooms and the passages. As this hotel is quite popular among Asian tourists, they can be very loud. The gym and spa are very good. I highly recommend the facial and massage treatment. On a very low note, the breakfast is tailored only for Asian guests, the rest of the food, like eggs, bacon, and waffles are cold. I wouldn’t recommend eating the sausage, they don’t have a nice flavor. I was highly disappointed in the breakfast to be honest. Another issue that bothered me was the fact that the balcony light goes off. You can request front desk to turn it off though, you cannot do it from inside your room. I didn’t go into the pool, but it looks quite nice. Overall review, it is a nice brandnew hotel, but I wouldn’t go back.
