The location is superb with a close distance to the front beach of My An; very nice view with this type of room booked with angle view on both sides in a wide frame of glass window!
The air con is old, which is not healthy for the small children. It is too dry, without modern way of refreshing the air.
The staff at the returning card of checking out is not good; she is too cold (saying nothing) even i am returning the key at the very beginning of the day!

Location is great and the room was nice.
Elevator is shocking and needs to be fixed waited 15 minutes for it and too many people , roof top bar is dead and quiet, pool was okay. breakfast was not good and did not have much .Staff are not very helpful.

The seaview was really beautiful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Dated but clean rooms.
The elevators were horrendous!! It took 40 mins to wait for an elevator to take me from the 29th floor to the lobby for check out. Left the room at 8am, only got to the lobby at 840am... it felt like I was queuing for a theme park ride and everyone was trying to squeeze into the elevator. Lol
Check in was a mess too.. could see that the staff were overwhelmed and trying to do their best to serve everyone.
