From the moment I checked in, the staff impressed and delivered. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and informative. My first time in Da Nang so I needed assistance in planning my days. They made my stay so pleasant and enjoyable. The room was clean and addressed daily. The shower was great! (hot water and pressure!!) The location was perfect for morning walks and afternoon and evening excursions to local restaurants and pubs. I love this place. Definitely will be returning to this hotel on my next,(hopefully soon) trip.
