Our stay was very brief, just 1 night, we checked in mid afternoon and checked our very early morning.
Location is great, directly across the road to the beach, with many restaurants within walking distance. The 2 pools were great, the staff very helpful and the room was large - we were fortunate to be upgraded. As a lovely gesture we also received a breakfast box packed for us and waiting at reception that we ate at the airport before boarding our flight.
As much as we appreciated our upgrade unfortunately the room was located at the very front of the hotel and on a low floor therefore it was quite noisy, mostly from the bar that is located just at the front of the property, loud music and people chatter. Normally this would not be a problem and I would of possibly been enjoying myself there too but as we had to be up at 4am to head to the airport not too much sleep was had.
The windows desperately needed a clean as well, not too sure if this was an issue due to being at the front of the building but it was challenging to see clearly as there was a thick residue covering all the windows in this room.

Rooms were big, clean & comfortable. Pools were great, however need more lounge chairs for guests. Location was excellent.
The breakfast- same items every day. A lot of the food was cold. Made to order eggs were often pre-made & sitting under warming lights.
No real coffee- only coffee served was sad filter coffee.
Ordered room service and the food look 50 minutes, was cold & awful.
