The staff at Mai’s boutique were lovely and the location was fairly quiet from street noise, with the exception of the construction site next door.
Unfortunately, as per the facilities listed for this hotel on this website, I expected there to be a spa/wellness centre and a restaurant. There is no spa/wellness centre and I did not see a restaurant- there was a dining table in the entrance of the hotel, which appeared to be for the private use of the staff/owners. In terms of the room, I had a studio with pool access- the only window/glass door faces the pool and entrance to the hotel, which means that having the curtains open exposes you to everyone coming into the hotel. The most unpleasant issue with my room was that when the room next door or above used their shower, I would get a foul drain smell infiltrating my room. In terms of the check in process- the amount I was charged by the hotel was 1million VND more than what I had booked it for through this website, with an additional 3.5% transaction fee.
