The conduct of the staff was exemplary. Although I am from the city, I am currently employed in Udaipur at The Lalit Laxmi Vilas Palace. I returned home for just one day and night for certain documentation work, accompanied by my partner who also works out of town.
Our stay here was thoroughly pleasant. The staff were attentive, cooperative, and remarkably considerate. We were allotted the balcony terrace room, which was spacious, open, and offered a beautiful view—especially the night sky, which was truly spectacular.
The room was impeccably clean, and all amenities were provided without any inconvenience apart from some handles and knobs the bedroom wardrobe was missing some door knobs which well it's okay, was still functional.
The breakfast we received was good and homemade taste something we love. And also we requested tea with less sugar since I can't consume sugar and I'm lactose intolerant they respect that request. They did that as well which is great.
My sincere appreciation to the Housekeeping and IRD team for their excellent service. I've been in the five star hotel industry for a while now and not always you find such good staff behaviour, most times they have the ego of being a big brand , they was not like this and did a good job.
Some Knobs were missing on the wardrobe which was okay it was still functional but again attention to detail, the windows needed a bit dusting and the bathroom vent were dusty and dirty as well but apart from that room was great.
Another thing I would like to point out, we had complementary breakfast but it took too long for them to get it to us, we missed half the day before of that but they had some Gas stove issue which is okay not big of a deal but that does count in customer satisfaction and experience.Portion sizes needs to be worked on though. We didn't call them out for that late food mishap, for a small establishment giving us such good facilities is good enough. We don't like to bicker and argue such small things happen and they were apologetic about that which is Great

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement.
Premièrement , le personnel était très gentil, poli et serviable. Je me suis senti très bien accueilli.
Ils m’ont aidé à réserver mon billet de train et m’ont même déposé à la gare.
La chambre était très bien , propre et assez spacieuse.
La petite rue était calme malgré la route principale qui était proche , j’ai très bien dormi.
Je reviendrais sans hésitation !
