The whole experience was very well managed, with clean and comfortable rooms, food and activities. The staff was expectional in their attention and.memory. Jessica waa great host and she took into account our dietary preferences without needing any reminding.
The views and the locations the boat took were great and not too crowded. The Ha Long Bay folks have cleaned up the bay very well, and the water is clean that you will want to take a swim.
The activities (I tried kayaking and boat ride) were a great experience with all the equipment in good condition..if you have experience with kayaking, you will.gwt to explore more.
If you are booking a shuttle.to the dock from.places like Ninh Binh then you might run into some logistics issues. The complex is difficult to navigate without experience, so please ensure you get the exact dock number and location and plan accordingly
Please confirm time and exact dock location and ensure the shuttle drops you there only.
The kayaking could.have been better with some basic instruction. .
