What a cruise - was shorter due to a typhoon but they made our stay sensational. Smile was the perfect host - all other staff were amazing. They were great fun and ensured our stay was memorable

Everything was amazing and well organized, the food was amazing and the trips off the boat all included in the room were some of our best experiences in vietnam, we were so well looked after and the service was great

• Service – Overall it was good, and it was clear the staff were making an effort to provide excellent service so we’d be satisfied. However, during meal times they insisted everyone stay in the dining room; couples who wanted to go out to the balcony were asked to come back inside 🤔
• Facilities – The room was high standard with a small, cute balcony. It was very clean. The only thing missing was a proper bathroom door… there was only a curtain…
• Spa – It was excellent, the therapists were attentive, and it was very enjoyable! Along with the stunning view, this is what saved the cruise.
• Meals – It was terrible. Inedible. Good thing we brought some snacks with us, otherwise we wouldn’t have eaten at all. The food was dry, tasteless, not fresh, and simply not edible. As for drinks - in the evening they ran out of regular Coke (which isn’t included anyway and costs extra), and only had diet left.
