You are a short walk from the main promenade that takes you right along Swansea bay all the way down to the Mumbles pier which is one of Swansea's most visited places. Beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants are all within the Swansea Mumbles area. This is perfect for a nice romantic getaway to enjoy the stunning nightlife Swansea has to offer, or a base to explore the local area. Close by you will find a selection of beaches to enjoy like Caswell, Langland, Rotherslade and Swansea Bay are all just a short distance away, most in walking distance. Langland Bay beach is family friendly and offers a great range of facilities. It holds both Blue Flag and Seaside Awards and explorers can enjoy the coastal clifftop walk around to Caswell Bay. The property is self-catering and all on one level, so access is good if you have trouble with lots of stairs. There is a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is surprisingly spacious for a 1 bedroom flat and has a lovely cosy feel to it. The lounge has a 2 seater sofa and a single arm chair, as well as a smart TV where you can enjoy a selection of freeview channels or log into your own Netflix/Prime account.
