La ubicacion es buena y la zona tambien

La atencion de la dueña mala, insistente y exigente. Sobrecostes adicionales en la letra pequeña para recaudar mas del pago (toallas, cafes, cambio de habitacion, tasas turisticas, etc) Vivienda hecha alojamiento, con personas alojadas en varias habitaciones, zonas compartidas, incluso baño. Poca intimidad, ruidos varios en todo momento, poco descanso. Inquilinos poco respetuosos y conscientes. Falta limpieza a fondo. Este alojamiento no deberia estar en booking.

apartamento para verano no tenia una calefacción adecuada todo muy preparado para el verano creo que en invierno tendría que estar cerrado

Cosy little house in a quiet neighbourhood.. the house is in the middle of a little complex of around 8 houses behind a white gated entrance.. Each bedroom has a name and the keys are in the hall entrance...House has a kitchen, lounge, back garden, 2 bathrooms, 1 up, 1 down.. 3 bedrooms in house plus a cabin bedroom in the front garden.. It is cold in winter but go into the kitchen and press the heating button on the boiler and the radiators soon get warm.. Bring your own food and drink, there are other visitors staying in the other rooms but all were very nice, talkative and friendly. The bars, supermarket and the beach is only a 5 minute walk when you turn left out of the entrance gate.. We arrived at Barcelona airport, took the airport train to Sants station.. then took the coastal train from Sants to Sant Vincenc de Calders.. then a 5 minute taxi ride to the house in San Salvador.. Remember to keep the owners phone number if you need any help with anything.. We enjoyed our stay and was great value for a good price..

We arrived late at night, the entrance gate to the complex was locked, so I had to climb over the gate.. Also the front door key is locked in a wall unit next to the door and the code was changed that morning but I was not sent a message.. I could not see the code numbers because the outside door light was not on.. But I had the owners phone number and she answered straight away, giving me the updated key code and apologised saying one of her neighbours must have locked the entrance gate.. Your bedroom key also has the entrance gate key with it.. That was our only problem, and everything else was fine.. A nice cozy little house in a lovely area next to the beach.. The swimming pool is shared, you will see it when you turn right out of the house gate..

Un poco lejos de barcelona pero tranquilo

Very clean, the location is excellent and you also have access to a pool just 10 meters from the home. Also, in terms of bang for your buck, it's excellent! The kitchen was well-equipped and terrace was also quite nice. Our host was sweet and made us feel welcomed.

The size of the room was small and the places to store things were simply not practical (most of them were overheard and one would have to empty their luggage to place things in a cabinet over your bed). Also, it was really hot in the room, a fan would've been nice.
