There was no hot water. We couldn't have a shower. We messaged the host about it and they replied the following morning after I messaged them again. They asked us to check if the boiler was turned on, and after responding to them they didn't reply until after we had checked out which was too late. It was very overpriced for what it was. Damaged walls and furniture. Nails sticking out of the walls. And they insisted on a £300 damage deposit which I was reluctant to pay but I did.
