Felt authentically period / heritage hotel.

Beautiful spot with nice garden full of birds and monkeys and next door to the tea gardens
Very peaceful during the day but you can hear the road during the mid morning rush hour

The bungalow sits amongst manicured gardens with established trees. The grandeur hasn’t diminished, and the place is kept impeccably. Service from the moment you arrive is fabulous. One of my highlights was the amazing food that was prepared for each meal, paid for separately. The chef cooked multiple dishes for us over several courses, showing us his fabulous talent, patiently explained by our waiter who was proud of what was delivered. It was a fantastic experience.
Some of the facilities are showing their age, for example the bath plug was old and did not fit and there was not enough hot water to have a bath or pressure to have a good shower.

A little off the grid and hard to find at night
