POOL: DIMENSIONS: 22' 6" x 9' 4". The pool can be heated for an additional $500/week. The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500-$1000/week and $300-$500/week for the spa, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Pool/spa heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Card. The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

If you need a house with an elevator, look elsewhere. There were a few issues.... Broken handles to sliding doors with ripped screens too. Shower heads quite moldy, broken seal in dishwasher, no broom in sight to sweep up the floors. Our biggest issue though were the FRUITFLIES, they were all over the kitchen.

Great house one house down from the beach. Lots of room for our whole group (18 people). Pool was very nice and recommend getting it heated during the off season because once it warmed up the kids loved it! The property manager was extremely responsive with my questions.

Overall the house was beautiful & functional. Their response time was fast even though the guy never came to fix the garage. We received what we needed from the house minus the minor setbacks which for the amount that was paid should be fixed asap, 2nd master screen door, clogged bathroom sink, new shower heads & toilets for each bathroom as well as aligning all doors; they were difficult to open/close.

We have been renting homes in HH for nearly 15 years now. We generally stay on Forrest beach area but all of the homes were already booked so we were forced to look elsewhere. We found this property on Singleton Beach. The beach is terrific and the neighborhood is fine.
The property however was a MAJOR disappointment!! We paid more for this property than any other that we have rented on VRBO in HH ever over the course of the last 15 years. And, it was not clean!!! Upon our arrival, we were met with a boulder(big rock) at the top of the steps?? Not sure why it was there but had I not moved it, I could have seen one of our party tripping and falling down the stairs. I reported it to the property manager. Nice guy, but, he never came by to look at it or the leak on the third floor that I reported to him on our first day.
The pool deck is in serious need of power washing or painting. The pool itself was very small--no swimming. Several cups and plates in the cupboard were dirty!!! The grill was FILTHY and unusable!!! Some of the beds were particularly uncomfortable. Suggest they change the older mattresses.

When you pay top dollar, you expect everything to be great, and there were a couple of things that fell short - they might not matter to you - but they kept me from giving this five stars...
Positives:
The location is excellent - a short walk to the beach.
The house is huge.
The pool is small, but more usable and fun than expected.
The living room is great - three couches and a great place to gather.
The games in the garage are nice.
Negatives:
Outside of the living room, it's sparsely furnished. If you want to sit and read a book away from everyone else, there is not a single chair or couch outside the living room.
The two master bedrooms have a dresser. There are no dressers in the 5 other bedrooms (I hate living out of a suitcase for a week, I like to have a place to put my clothes).
There is no outside shower to rinse off. There is a hose, but it's on the side of the house and you have to stand in the sand to turn it on and off, so that kind of limits its usefulness.

Easy check in. Property owner was easy to work with and accessible. Great pool and basement with tons of games (ping pong, foosball, putting green). Walking distance to beach. Would highly recommend for big groups!

We enjoyed the stay at this home. It has lovely views of the ocean, lots of windows and open areas in the house, plenty of space for our entire family. It is a short walk to the beach, so very easy to walk back and forth with our younger kids. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and took the kids to the park several times. The park was never crowded and has tennis courts, a play set and bike/walking trails. We were also able to bike to several nearby restaurants with the kids! The house was very clean and any issues we had were quickly addressed by the property manager. We can’t wait to go back and stay in the home!

The house was perfect. It was clean, spacious, and nicely updated. Plenty of toom to spread out. Kids had fun with the ping pong, putt putt, corn hole, and Foosball. We will definitely be back.

The house is big and close to the ocean but has MANY issues. First and foremost - the garage door. Upon arrival the garage door did not work and once it was fixed we had to use the button inside because the keyless entry did still did not work. After a few days we were preparing to leave and when we opened the garage door it hit a sprinkler head because the door was still messed up. The sprinkler head spewed black, rusty, flame retardent water ALL OVER the car and INSIDE since the door was open. Second - many safety issues with the man door to the garage area and it not closing properly, because of those issue it brought the Beaufort County Police to the house at 4:30 A.M. waking everyone up by pounding on the door and ringing the door bell to check the house for intruders. Third - there were some other issues (livable ones) - some outlest did not work, the ice machine did not work and the railing was still not fixed from a prior review we saw. The property manager was very responsive and great and handled every situation. The house itself would make a great party house but it is NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY and definitely NOT WORTH the price.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the property and management. Spacious enough for 8 guys on a weekend golf trip (6 had a dedicated bedroom). Ping pong, putting green, pool and bag toss were a nice addition for time between rounds. Close to the beach and local beach-bar. Quite neighborhood, so not the place to host an after-party. Minor plumbing issue, but property manager was available and responsive.

This property was great for our large group that vacationed for the week. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Any issues maintenance wise we had were immediately addressed. I would definitely rent again.

Great location. Bannister between second and third floor loose. Yucca plants need to be trimmed. We had a wasp bite from that location. Property manager was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Our family had a terrific stay at the property. The interior was new, modern, and very comfortable. The house was an incredibly short walk to an excellent beach. The pool is larger than the photos suggest, and the community has a larger private pool less than a block away that we had to ourselves several days. The house is very close to Whole Foods, Kruger, and tons of great restaurants on the island. We would surely look to stay here again for our next trip to Hilton Head.

Overall was a good stay considering the date we booked the property. Proximity to the beach and parks were very nice. Neighborhood was private and quiet. Pool was smaller than expected. It was basically unusable for all except the small children. House was recently renovated, but could still use some improvements. Trash area and garage have some drainage issue. Not well-stocked. We bought silverware and coffee mugs mid-week and luckily brought our own pots and pans. A/C vents need to be cleaned. Game room was super muggy and needed some ceiling fans or something to circulate the air. Master on first floor is not ideal because noise travels from main gathering area. Could definitely use some sounds proofing or upgraded doors. No Sonos or house audio. TVs all had Roku's however. Grill was acceptable. extra fridge and freezer in basement. No stand alone ice maker.

This house was a great size for our large family group, it was clean and plenty of space. This was our first time staying in this area of the island. The location to the beach and shopping is perfect. The pool is on the small side for such a large home but that seems to be the standard for houses in the area. A working elevator for luggage and elderly guests would have been helpful. Would also suggest adding a few extra throw blankets for the bedrooms, a larger recycling bin for a property that holds 20+ and more than 6 coffee mugs. That wouldn't prevent us from renting again, though. We had a great time.

We’ve stayed on Hilton Head many years. This is the first time off one of the larger plantations. Singleton beach rd has a small grouping of houses which were convenient to access, ours was very close to the beach access. Houses are very close together but still allowed enough privacy for our extended family. Pool was quite small. Kitchen and main sitting area were good enough for our group of 10. Very clean. Nice sized bedrooms. A few extra niceties to play with in the garage. Overall a pleasant stay for a family summer vacation!
