Outdoor living spaces include a balcony off the master bedroom, porches, and a private backyard pergola. There is also a backyard grill and multiple swings and chairs enabling you to enjoy the salty breeze. *Due to safety concerns, access to widow's peak balcony is not available. Carillon Beach offers a plethora of amenities including three pools, children's playground, basketball court, two tennis courts, and market street, which offers restaurants, shops and golf cart rental. Southern Ecsta-Sea is located just steps from one of the many beach walkovers in Carillon, as well as the Beach Club Pool. Southern Ecsta-Sea is managed by Florida Panhandle Property Management. Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of stay. Carillon Beach charges $35 per vehicle per stay for parking.
