Located just south of historic downtown St Augustine and close to everything St Augustine has to offer, you'll be glad you choose to stay at our condo. Guest Access: Our triplex is privately owned and parking is free, we only ask you bring 2 cars for your stay. Please park along the fence in front of the recycle and trash cans. The Neighborhood: Our quiet little neighborhood sits right off A1A just a five-minute walk to the beach and public boat ramp. Other Things to Note: We love Florida living and all that comes with it, even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in Florida including insects, reptiles, birds, and more. While we do have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors & windows closed and food stored & sealed properly ensures a little lizard or other friends won't come in.
