The unit was great, immaculate, and well suited for our needs. The rough, rocky beach area was a disappointment. The location was ideal for restaurants that were walkable.

The Villa we stayed in had some plumbing issues but they were addressed by the maintenance team in a timely manner. My only complaint is that we arrived on a Sunday evening and had a difficult time getting keys to our villa.

The confirmation process involved us switching from a 2 to a 4 bedroom, we preordered groceries with much help from the front desk. This was a great convenience for us since our van was full and we could not have stopped on our way to check in! Ena - amazing housekeeper. Kind, friendly, helpful. The man who took care of the beach - super hard worker! The beach and property were always perfect! BUT the best part of all? Our condo was amazing. Each room was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything!! We would be blessed to be able to come back next year and stay in Villa 16 again!!! And the location was perfect!!

We had 10 people staying in this condo. There was plenty of room. We never felt cramped. The condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and the closets were large. The beach was groomed every morning and the chairs swept free of sand. Security kept others not from the resort from using the chairs so we never had to worry whether we would be able to get one. Loved it. Went next door to the Marriott for drinks. It was way overcrowded. So happy with our decision to stay at South Bay Beach Resort instead. Will always go through VRBO in the future.

We had eight adults for a long weekend and absolutely loved renting this condo. The size of the condo is perfect for a large group, and is well stocked for 8. We only had cleaning service one day of our stay but that one day, they were great and accommodating to our schedule. Being right next door to the Marriott, we were able to go there for the "hospitality experience" and the ocean pods, but loved coming back to the condo. There is nothing that our group has negative to say about the condo, location, staff, or amenities. I would reconsider staying at any hotel if this place is available as it was absolutely wonderful!
