An abosolute nightmare. Do not book this property. I booked the highest option room and tried to put me in a springbreak ground floor apartment. When i complained they laughed at me and tried to embarass me. They lied about the room. I probably spent an hour sorting out this room and booking another properry. Absolute shambles...

Unfortunately, my stay at this apartment was disappointing. During my stay, I found a cockroach in the room, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. In addition, the sauna was not functioning for the entire 5-day stay, which was frustrating since this was one of the advertised amenities. The only real positive aspect was the pool area, which was nice and well-maintained. Other than that, the experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the issues with cleanliness and unavailable facilities. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

There was little privacy in the bathrooms from the rest of the room. Also cameras monitoring everywhere was a bit unsettling. But it was a very clean and well maintained hotel and the location was excellent.
