Closer to exam centre
Late check-in allowed @11 pm
AC was functioning and room was more or less clean
There was some ants in one of the beds, so shifted to the other
No food service in the hotel
No telephone in the rooms to connect to reception
Had to ask for towel and soaps, was expecting these to be provided by default for 2 guests
TV was not functioning
Despite request and late check-in, there was no extension of checkout time
Extra water bottle was charged, the amount charged for single night was high and should have included at least 4 packaged water bottles
