Nothing

I rarely offer a negative review but this property owner definitely deserves one. The apartment itself is passable, perhaps better described as a compact bed-sit (rather than a 1-bedroom unit) and is scant on equipment (1 spoon, 1 knife, 1 fork, no sharp knives, no cooking tools, no tea towel, no coat hangers, etc). Also one window doesn't have a blind/curtain so plenty of light day and night. Getting into the apartment is the challenge. All Booking.com offers is "the keys are in a lockbox on location". No clue as to how I will get the lockbox PIN - by email? by SMS? by Booking.com message? by pigeon? I tried to find out how from the owner a week before my arrival and got no response. At check-in time, still no response so I SMS'ed the owner - no reply. So I rang the owner - no answer (at 2pm). So I chase up Booking.com who tell me the instructions are in a message recently sent by the owner (which I didn’t see as I don't have roaming internet). So I get some wifi at a nearby bar and read the instructions: "To enter the property, you need to find the box that falls to the right of the door, hanging on a black barrier." I can't see any (lock) box anywhere near the door so I message and SMS the owner - no response. So I ring the owner who leads me to a small grey box hanging off a fence 13 metres from the door! Yahoo, after an hour I have the keys. What a treasure hunt that was! But so unnecessary if the owner bothered to provide reasonable instructions. I check the apartment out but can't find a wifi password. So back to the bar to message and SMS the owner - no response. An hour later I try again, with a snapshot of the Booking.com advert showing "free wifi", and bingo he (grudgingly) gives me the account and password. If an owner wants to save money and manage his property, then he needs to do it properly.

Modern look, luxury feel.

It was not clean at all. When we got in, we were welcomed by the strong smell of sweat (sweaty armpits smell, to be exact). Toilet seat, kitchen chairs, and everything else was not clean, except clean towels and bed sheets. There was dirt or stains on most of the things.

Hotel located in front of nice restaurant. Everything around building is clean and nice looking. Free parking lot is big advantage.

A lot of someone's face hair left in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper left in apartment, but unsealed food in the fridge. The bed sheet was not changed. Generally there was the impression that someone still live in the apartment.

Good location. Cosy little studio.

The service really need to improve.
