About this house rental
Questions???? Please message us with any questions you may have. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, clean, open concept, kitchen and living room that lead right out to the beautiful pool! Walk down a few steps to the canal and a few houses (7) to the Intracoastal. Only a 10 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico and stump Pass. 10 minute car drive to Englewood Beach, many restaurants close by. No bridges for boates to go under.
Enjoy kayaking. boating /JetSki, paddle board, swimming, restaurants etc.
Heated pool is an extra $75 per week for utilities.

We are not liable for any injuries. Use pool at your own risk, No diving! Also, we do not have any child safety alarms. We have a ring doorbell at the front door in the vestibul.

Our five-day vacation in this very comfortable pool home was a great way to enjoy a getaway. With easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, this location is truly ideal. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and secure, making it the perfect place to relax and take in all the sights of the area. From the pool to the beach, the surroundings made it a truly special experience.The owner was great to communicate with, we will definitely be back!!

Short vacation with friends. Great place great
Communication with Troy. Love that is a 3 bedroom 3 bath. Has a small dock about 21ft but has room for a boat up to probably about 26 ft and a very nice pool. Would definitely recommend the place to others and will be renting from them again

Spent 4 days with our friends and our boat. Great location for boating and dining out. FULLY equipped home with everything you could possibly need. Large living room with huge couch for hanging out. Plenty of seating in kitchen and living room. Very clean. Room for parking of boat trailer and 2 vehicles in driveway. Owners extra car took up one space so if more vehicles than that I would coordinate with owner. Owner communicated quickly via vrbo inbox. An umbrella or some sort of shade around the pool would be nice but they are recovering from hurricane and pool screen had to be removed. Great stay. Would definitely stay here again.
