Unfortunately, our stay was an extremely unpleasant experience. The room was very dirty and dusty, which was especially difficult for me because I have a serious allergy to dust and dust mites. I had a very hard time sleeping and, during the night, I had to take two additional allergy pills to prevent a severe allergic reaction.
The overall cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. There were numerous unexplained stains on the walls, the floor was very dirty, and it was obvious that it had not been properly cleaned for a long time. There was also a significant amount of dust in various areas of the room. Under the windowsill, right next to the bed, there was a huge spider web that clearly had not been cleaned for a very long time. There was visible dust and dirt in corners and other hard-to-reach areas as well.
The bathroom was also in an unacceptable condition. There were stains and marks on the sanitary fixtures, which gave the impression that the bathroom had only been cleaned very superficially. The table in the room was covered in unidentified stains and dirt, and it was unpleasant even to touch it. We had to clean it ourselves using our own wipes because it was simply not possible to use it in that condition.
The shower was also broken. Water did not properly come out of the shower head and instead leaked from several places. It seemed that the hose inside was damaged or had burst. This is not just a matter of comfort — it shows that the room had clearly not been properly checked before our arrival.
Overall, we had the feeling that the room had barely been cleaned at all. Even the condition of the bedding made us question whether it had actually been properly changed and cleaned before our arrival. Because of this, we decided to use our own pillowcases and blanket.
Another thing that made us very uncomfortable was the QR code on the door for calling women. After noticing it, we felt even more uncomfortable and anxious about sleeping in the room.
