We really loved staying at Aaliyah. The stand out were the lovely staff who helped us get sorted with various tech issues and generally just very kind. We were 3 travellers sharing a room was great whilst cosy the bonus was the courtyard. Location terrific. Highly recommend

The service provided by hotel staffs are excellent . Before I arrive the hotel, they have already sent me information and some guidance on how we can find the hotel etc. Throughout the hotel stay, we felt welcome and the staffs are always smiley and positive attitude. The hotel even provide complimentary service for laundry. That is a bonus ! The hotel room we stayed are clean and comfortable to stay. We had a wonderful experience staying there .
It will be good if the room is bigger . And for 2 rooms , it will be good to have two toilets instead of one.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful,, and the check-in and check-out experience was smooth. Before our arrival, the staff provided very helpful information e.g. directions how to get to the hotel and how to find it.
We stayed at the hotel for two nights. On the first night, we could hear the water pipes from the next room whenever someone used the basin or took a shower, and also when someone was speaking in the corridor. the next morning, we heard baby crying... The soundproofing in the hotel was poor. Second night, mostly likely the guests in the next room were gone; no noise from the room next door and we could sleep much better. Bed was comfortable.
