Private, quiet setting overlooking reservior with master bath adjacent to bedroom. Well stocked kitchen amenitites for cooking if desired.
Minor cleaning issues: dirt under twin bed and small amount of dust and hair in corner of bathroom.

It was a very nice home.
It wasn’t what was advertised at all.
The advertisement stated it was a 2 bedroom basement apartment. IT IS NOT!! It is a one bedroom basement and it is not an apartment. It is just a finished basement. If you need a second bedroom, you are asked to stay upstairs in a bedroom which means you ah e to walk through the home where others reside.
The host was nice, but, frankly, this is false advertising and no amount of being nice makes up for the fact that it is not what we expected when we booked. Frankly, I’d like a refund as it was not what was advertised and the listing needs to be edited to show what it really is so visitors are not surprised and left with no other options.
