Charming cottage nestled in a pinon forest. Stunning views of Great Sand Dunes National Park. 5 miles from park entrance. This is an amazing night sky area. Very relaxing atmosphere.

We absolutely loved our stay at Barb’s place. It’s the perfect location within just a few mins of sand dunes national park and zapata falls. Barb’s home is clean, private, secure and pet friendly.

Absolutely lovely stay and only 15 minutes from the dunes. House is all one level and there’s a chair in the shower (very accessible). Everything was very clean. In May we were greeted by hummingbirds every day. All needed toiletries were in the bathrooms and the kitchen is very well stocked with cooking supplies. Perfect place for a few nights at the dunes!
