About this house rental

Nestled in Woodfin, this attractive house for $329 per night is a great option for your next break. This home is a vacation rental with an excellent rating, we just started managing it for the owners under a new number, so there are no reviews yet. This home is unique by simultaneously meeting the needs of those who want quiet and seclusion and those who want proximity to the conveniences of a city and surrounding attractions. Relaxing one-level ranch home on a quiet pond with a water feature (Seasonal). There is a private dock to fish. (catch and release) It is a perfect home to build family memories or to reacquaint yourself with friends. Once through the main driveway and onto the property relish the feeling that you are miles away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. And yet without sacrificing privacy, you are within walking distance of a grocery store, gas station, pharmacy, fast-food joints, and a few restaurants. It's the perfect spot to stay in and enjoy the porches or head out 6 miles to downtown activities. It's also a small distance to hiking trails, rafting, Biltmore Estate, dining, and other local experiences. Oh, and don't forget fido as they are welcome too! One - two dogs pending size welcome (Preapproval and fee required) The home sleeps 10, has 5 bedrooms an all-on-one level. Features of this home include: Sunken living room Hot tub Foosball table Gas fireplace Flat-screen smart TV in the living room TV's in three of the bedrooms Large decks Gas grill Gas fire pit Catch and release fishing Fenced in yard Dog-friendly *Preapproval Required * We will need size and breed, Sorry no dogs under 1-year-old. Will consider two small dogs. Just message us their breed and size. Places: Ingles grocery store walking distance to the house - 499 Weaverville Road, Asheville Only 6 miles to Downtown Asheville 20 miles to Asheville Airport in Arden 22 miles o Black Mountain 9 miles to Biltmore Estate / Village

Loved the pond and the outdoor living spaces. The indoor fireplaces are cozy in the cold months! Amazing hot tub. House is arranged well for family fun! We enjoyed our stay.

The house was great, big, fun floor plan! The kids loved fishing on the pond. We would rent this house again. Close to downtown and grocery shopping.

The whole family from the youngest to the oldest enjoyed this beautiful home. We all loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the beautiful seclusion and view of the pond .where my son took our grandchildren fishing. They had a ball!!
