Restaurants, Yoga/Pilates studio, grocery store, library and Nottingham Lake/park are all easily accessible by foot at this location. Located in the Lodge at Avon Center, you’ll have quick access to Italian, American and Chinese restaurants. This home features an open layout combining the kitchen, dining and living room. Take advantage of the spacious deck featuring lounge seating for 5 and heat lamp . The fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and all new stainless appliances has everything you need. Dine in or entertain at the roomy dining table with seating for 8 guests. Relax in the modern living room furnished with ample seating, flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace. To the left of the kitchen will be the Primary Bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2. The Primary Bedroom features a king bed, large tv with cable, ceiling fan and private balcony with lounge seating and heat lamp. The Ensuite Bath features a double vanity and huge walk-in shower with two shower heads. The washer and dryer is also located in the Primary Bedroom. Guest Bedroom 2 features 2 Queen Beds, large tv with cable, ceiling fan and ensuite bath. The Ensuite Bath features a single vanity, toilet, and Tub/Shower Combination. To the right of the kitchen is Guest Bedroom 3 and the Bunk Room. Guest Bedroom 3 features a king bed, large tv with cable, ceiling fan and ensuite bath. The Ensuite Bath features a single vanity, toilet and walk-in shower. The Bunk Room features two Full over Queen Bunk Beds, Large TV with Cable, Ceiling Fan and Ensuite Bath. This was a great unit. All brand new! The building had three great restaurants as well, super convenient. Also close to shuttle route. The main bldg needs some updating but the unit was great.

Our stay at the lodge's condominium was absolutely delightful. The condominium exceeded our expectations in every way. Its proximity to various amenities was ideal; we enjoyed leisurely walks around the pond, visits to the pickleball courts, and the recreation center. The condominium was fully equipped, ensuring our stay was flawless. Even my 92-year-old mother played on the shuffleboard table daily. We spent countless hours on the balcony, gazing at the mountains and the twinkling city lights below. The perfect weather during our stay made the week even more extraordinary. We are truly grateful for the fantastic experience.

We just completed a week stay here with our three teenage girls. The unit has been recently completely updated. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice, and the the common area has plenty of room for people to gather. The location is right in the heart of Avon and great restaurants, coffee, walking paths, grocery, are all easy walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and will return.
