(2 Pets Max) Per Bedford County Regulations: Occupancy is limited to 12 persons plus any number of children age 2 and under. Main Level: King BR, 2 Twins BR Upper level: King BR, 3 Twins BR Lower level: King BR, 2 Twins BR -Sanitized using CDC and VRMA guidelines PLUS: Private dock, on site parking, Free Wi-Fi. Flexible stays. Contactless arrival & departure. All Linens & towels included. Professionally cleaned & sanitized. AMENITIES: Washer/Dryer. Hot tub. Linens provided. Fully stocked kitchen. Concierge style hospitality services. LOCATION: Just a few short minutes from the State Park. ENJOY: Beautiful condition. Nicely decorated. Thoughtfully designed for a couple and their family. Includes 3 kayaks, a pool table, corn hole, hot tub & outdoor firepit! House Rules and Security: No smoking, No Events. Check in time is after 4:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM Minimum 3 night stay. Exterior cameras, if present, monitor the driveway entrance and the waterfront for security purposes only. Pet/ESA Friendly: Guest is responsible for damage caused by pets. - No more than two pets per unit - Limit 45 lb per pet - Clean up after your pet, inside as well as outside - Do not leave your pet alone in the house unsupervised unless in a crate - Guests are responsible for the pet and any damage caused by it - Pets outside must be on a leash - No pets allowed on beds or furniture - No wet pets allowed in the house - rise & dry your pet outside with your own towels - Pet hair or pet odor, especially on beds, furniture, or linens, will require additional cleaning fees

We enjoyed our long weekend with family of 10 (adults and college kids). The place could use a deep cleaning - particularly the kitchen - but the basic cleanliness was good. We were there on the off-season, so perhaps the house has been unused for awhile. Overall a good choice for my family.

First time at SML, stayed at this lovely 6 bedroom place right on the water. Excellent amenities including hot tub (we used it), pool table (also used that), kayaks (ditto) modern appliances, etc. Dock wasn't fancy but that it served well to park the rental boat. Turns out this place is pretty convenient (within 15 minute boat ride) to a couple of nice marina's with restaurants. You can always nit-pick (only bathroom upstairs for two bedrooms is in the master bedroom) but overall this is a lovely place to stay and we had a great time!

Very nice. House was as advertised - plenty of room with a great deck and dock. Rented a pontoon (recommended) and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely on the list of places to stay at again.

The house was a good size for our group of 8 (two families). We did have an extra bedroom that we didn't use, but it might have been a bit tight with three families. The kitchen had most everything we needed. The outside areas were great - we spent a ton of time on the dock. We also got to use the firepit and hot tub. We rented a boat and were able to keep it at the dock overnight. The lake was not crowded and we lucked out with the weather. We had an awesome time.

The honey use is small and needs work
The deck was a in bad shape and has holes in it the rugs and carpet is old and needs to be replaced The basement is nice but no couch for the big tv Definitely not worth the nightly charge Also beware we were overcharged over 300.00 and vrbo blamed renal company and rental company blamed vrbo. So sad to be ripped off

Everything was fine until the check out day. The automatic lock was activated hours before we left. Thinking about using a different agency because of that issue.

The house was exactly as advertised. We absolutely loved sitting on the dock, with its covered area and deep water which allowed for light boat traffic to keep us entertained. The owners and property manager were very responsive. We had an issue with the clothes dryer early in our stay, and they came quickly to inspect it and had a new one installed less than 24 hours later. The kitchen was well stocked and had a great table which sat on whole group. Great place! Would definitely stay here again!

There was no iron/ironing board, the Mgmt company brought one the next morning. Sheets were super soft. Great place with plenty to do.

House and dock were fantastic. Kids had a blast and the adults as well. Only issue we had was the dryer doesn't work very well, even with small loads. Loved the location and we will be back!!
