Begin your day with a short stroll to the boardwalk, grab a locally roasted cup of coffee and check the surf, pick out your spot on the beach and be prepared for awesome. Enjoy! * Note: Family with children are welcome! If not a family booking, please note that Only guests 25yrs or over will be accepted during the period of April 15 - June 30.

Very clean and modern updates. Nicely decorated. Small kitchen but has everything you need. Living area has an amazing large sectional sofa. Beds comfy and bathroom updated. This is a lower level of a duplex so you may hear footsteps. Door to rental was secure with good directions. Overall this is a really nice rental. We stayed off season. In season you can walk to ALL the things.

Overall had a great stay. There was a small issue with some noise with the permanent residence upstairs and it was taken care of right away. We also noticed the window air conditioners were moldy but as soon as we messaged the property owner (he was unaware) he immediately replaced them same day which was great. Everything else was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall we had a great time!

Very clean, quiet and homey. Close to boardwalk. Owner very accommodating. Got there early and allowed us to check in an hour ealier. Much appreciated!

In town for a wedding. Had family flying in from all over and they allowed us to rent for only the few days we needed with pets which is hard to find.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Quaint, comfortable and clean. Had more people than towels, but fast and great communication with management and they brought us more. Would definitely recommend this place.

This condo is very cozy and felt like home.
It was enough space for 5 adults and 2 children to be in. I loved the outdoor warm shower for the kids to rinse off in.
It is in a great location as well! Close enough to the boardwalk where young children ages 5 and 7 can walk to and it was far enough away from the noisy (that comes from the boardwalk at night). We all had a great time!
Owner of the property were easy to talk to and responded back to questions and concerns quickly!
Will stay here again next time!

The apartment met all of our needs and more. It was clean and spacious enough for our small group. The space was exactly as described. A couple of things that I would consider adding or fixing but not really deal breakers… it would not hurt to add more bathroom towels especially if there is a larger party. The bathroom door knob and door jams each time someone uses the bathroom and it is hard to open. Again. Not a deal breaker but it definitely needs to get fixed.

This is a great rental, the place is very clean and well kept. The outside is big and private, nice area to relax. The location is also amazing you can walk to everything and not have to worry about parking. The host is quick to response if you have any questions and very accommodable. I will definitely be staying here again when we go back to seaside!

The big suprise was no towels... we did not know until 2 days before and we had already left home.
No S/P, oil, pans, cooking items minimal. upstairs noise, good parking

The condo was extremely clean. Location was great in close proximity to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. I would recommend this to others.
