Welcome to the perfect Park City retreat - this brand-new, dog and family-friendly townhome is just minutes from the slopes and downtown. Spend winter mornings at Park City Mountain, Canyons Village, and Deer Valley, and afternoons perusing the boutiques of Main Street, all around eight miles away. Summertime visitors will love the easy access to hiking, mountain biking, golf, and Jordanelle State Park, around nine miles away. At home, enjoy morning coffee on your covered balcony with a gorgeous mountain view, then step inside to make breakfast when you get hungry. The open, light-filled living space combines the living room, dining area, and sleek kitchen, making it ideal for gathering together. Don your chef’s hat and take advantage of the full suite of stainless steel appliances and plentiful counter space to whip up mealtime masterpieces, then grab a bite at the breakfast bar or bistro table before heading out. You'll also appreciate crisp water from the home's water filtration system. When you return, snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace on the oversized sectional or head downstairs to the home gym if you didn’t get your steps in during the day. Stream the latest release on any of three TVs or use the free WiFi and dedicated office space to knock out any lingering remote work. The night ends in either plush bedroom, where you can drift off dreaming of your first - and next - perfect Park City day. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ personal accounts. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: One in the garage. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
