Very nice house with a lot of small issues. Roof tin and rain troughs laying in the yard, looks trashy. Smelled moldy and musty when entered home. Kitchen sink drain leaks, had to empty the pan under the sink several times during our stay and clean up the water. Was under the impression the tv in each bedroom would be functional, not connected to any antenna or cable. Had trouble getting fireplaces to function for heat. Ceiling exhaust fan in lower level bath not functioning properly. No water pressure or hot water to the upper bathroom. Dust bunnies under the bed upstairs. There should be hand rails in the stairs for seniors and for safety. We know these issues will not be addressed but you should be told. Very disappointing such a nice place allowed to be this rundown and still charge this much.

The mattresses really need changing none of the beds were comfortable king bed sunk in middle another queen leaned to one side also you have no control of air conditioning was really warm to sleep at night for first 2nights then weather got cooler

Super close to town, yet not in town so perfect location.

I’d have preferred some coffee to be on site, but that was an easy fix with a trip to town.
