Lokalizacja apartamentu dogodna, blisko stacji metra. Łatwość dojazdu zarówno do centrum jak i lotniska.Apartamnt jest uroczy. Bardzo miłe drobiazgi w postaci małej karafki wina Porto i kilka kapsułek kawy.
Akurat trafiliśmy na remont ulicy i hałaśliwe prace prowadzone os wczesnego rana. Niestety takie nasze szczęście, niezależne od wynajmującego. Brak korkociągu na wyposażeniu kuchni.

Wygodny, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Bardzo bobry kontakt z zarządcą. Do zabytkowego centrum jakieś 30 min spacerem, ale 400 m od apartamentu jest stacja metra, z której można wszędzie dojechać.

The location is ok, mostly for young people who do not mind walk a bit, change the metro line, etc. There is Pingo Doce at walking distance so you can buy something for the breakfest. The beds are good, the humidity is acceptable and seem to be a safe place. The appartment is on the ground floor so we could not open the window at night but this is not a problem.
There was an issue with the cleaning as we found a pillowcase seriously dirty (with human bodily fluid). That was changed by the owner (or the representant of the agency) but in fact it should not have happened and we were wondering if the rest of sheets were actually changed. The microwave was not functionning and the same person had to call somebody to enter our appartment to fix it during our stay. We informed the same person about our time of leaving but he did not come. 60 hours after we left he wrote to us saying that the appartment was left dirty. We do not agree at all as we are frequent travellers and always wash the dishes, leave no rubbish, clean the bathroom etc. If the owner do no trust his guests despite coming 3 times during their stay (and having the opportunity to asess the appartment), he should better come at the time the guests leave the appartment. Otherwice such behaviour is unfair.
