The location, it was perfect for the train into paris and 24 minutes drive from Disney. The little town over the river has nice restaurants and is on a river.

It needs more practical items for families to be able to cook. Too long a list to make but I would advise the owner to go and try and live there for a week and write down all the things missing. Basic items like a sharp knife, Callander, chopping board etc would be useful in the kitchen. There was no bracket to hold the shower head high on the wall. The cleaning wasn't to a great standard. The Garden needs some work to be safe for younger children.
