The room is in his house, so you have tot share the bathroom and less privacy The room was not quite finisched. - There was no watercooker and crockery, So I ask for it and got some. - There was a glasswindow in the door, the light of the corodor felt through, what could be coverd for exsample with a curtain, for more privicy. - There was a balcon, but not for use, could be nice, because it is rent-out with 'view over a garden'

The room was big. Near to station. The guy was nice he provided us with his kitchen, plates and stove for cooking. So it has positive and negatives as well.

No internet. The landlord didn't provide any internet. He said that the people from company will fix it but it's a lie (because the company people didn't come). He also didn't provide the hot water. He locked the geiser room so we couldn't turn on the geiser and when we called him he said geiser is broken (the second lie). But somehow the broken geiser started working in the evening (after complaining about hot water). So it's actually a private property and the guy wants to reduce his monthly rent by renting his second room to visitors. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for a good place to live.

I like the apartment, very clean and big with simple furniture. The host is nice and communicates well.

You indicated that you have a "whirlpool / jacuzzi" which isn't the case (it's a normal bathtub) and you say you provide "free toilettery" which isn't the case either (hand soap and one shower gel hardly count). You don't indicate that the bathroom is shared and that's definitely something you should let people know in advance! (i.e. indicate clearly in the descriptions of your place) The bath was clean, that's not the problem, but if one expects a whirl pool and finds a shared bathroom (where personally I wouldn't even want to take a bath knowing that I'd be blocking the bathroom for someone else), that's kind of disappointing. Also, both bathroom and the room itself feel a bit empty (no mirror in the bath, huge sleeping room but very little in it to make it comfy - a few small things like a reading lamp next to the bed would already make a difference). Also, you should let people know in advance that they'll need to ring the bell and which name is indicated at your bell sign ("Joshua Abbey" isn't indicated anywhere and that's pretty confusing). Finally, I know that you indicated check-out starts from 8 so you might say you were justified in doing so, but asking a paying guest to please be quiet in the morning when they want to leave a bit earlier than 8 isn't the most welcoming thing to do. It makes your guest feel weird and not very welcome in your place.
