Nestled in Limassol City, this lovely condo for $142 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. A stylish retro penthouse apartment, situated in one of the heritage landmark buildings of the historical Limassol center. The apartment’s large terrace has 360 degree views of the sea, the city and mountains. The location is only footsteps away from the beach, Molos promenade, the Limassol Marina, the castle area, Agora, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, art galleries and the buzz of Limassol life. A fully equipped air conditioned penthouse with separate fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with walk in shower, and a large terrace with breathtaking views. The retro feel of this penthouse apartment reflects the style of the surrounding buildings and the historical center of Limassol. Air condition units can be found in both bedrooms and also in the living room with cold / hot setting, fast WiDi, 42 inch Smart TV with free Netflix. The large terrace of the penthouse offers stunning views of the sea as well as the city and the mountains - ideal for both sunrise and romantic sunsets. The apartment is situated on the 6th floor, and it is the only apartment on the floor. BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms have mattress & pillow protectors and 4 pillows for each bed. KITCHEN: Fully equipped - including large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hood, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, and washing machine. BATHROOM: Walk-in shower with rain shower, extra shower head and instant hot water with high pressure. LAUNDRY: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack. TV: 42 inches Smart TV with YouTube and free Netflix. WIFI: Fast fiber optic WiFi throughout the apartment indoor / outdoor areas. The WiFi is steady and fast and its a private connection solely for the penthouse use - no other apartments on the building share this connection. It is possible to connect your laptop or desktop using a broadband cable if you wish (not provided). UNIQUE FEATURES: Breathtaking views from the glass wall in the main bedroom - with blackout curtains giving the option to open the curtains for a glorious sea view from the bedroom. OTHER: A daily electricity allowance of 20 kWh is included; if the allowance is exceeded, an additional charge of €0.40 per kWh will be applied. Meter readings are taken on both arrival and departure days.
