The main bedroom is a sanctuary, featuring a large unique shower bathtub and direct access to the main House balcony. Two more queen bedrooms await you, one with an attached shower and the other with a pathway to the main terrace. Enjoy the convenience of a laundry closet, ample storage space, and breathtaking city views from each south-facing window. For added privacy, head down the stairs through the carport to find separate access to the 4th queen bedroom, complete with its own full bathroom. The front lawn is thoughtfully furnished with patio furniture, complementing our main balcony, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing evening or morning, gazing at the stunning LA view. Upon arrival, you'll notice the main entrance equipped with a gate. To access it, simply open the top latch, which is connected from the inside. Additionally, the front door is secured with a convenient keypad entry system, ensuring ease and safety during your stay. As for the side kitchen door from the carport, it can be unlocked using a key. Rest assured, these measures provide a secure and hassle-free experience throughout your time at our property. Please do not smoke inside the property! If you smoke outdoors, please do so in the front yard and keep the sliding door and windows closed. Our smoking policy is VERY Strict. If there are smoke smells in the home, you may pay a fine up to $500. **No smoking inside the property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. Photography/shootings / small events **Do not host parties or gatherings, please discuss with us in advance if you have extra guests coming and get approved. The number of guests you mentioned in your booking will be considered as the guest allowed to stay. written request beforehand - specifying the terms and Deposit amount. Please contact us directly -Quiet hours We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am noise should be kept to a minimum. Please do not host additional guests other than the number listed in your reservation. -Damages We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you! Please mention if you arrive with Pets. Pets must be groomed and well-trained. They are not allowed on the sofas (indoors/out) or in beds at any time!! Pets should not be left alone in the property or outdoors while you are not there. Please make sure to clean up your pet before you leave. **Please note that there is a pet fee of $150 for up to 2 pets. When booking we will request a $500 deposit and deduct the pet fee when returning the deposit. Failure to notify us of a pet will result in a $300 pet fee. PLEASE KEEP THEM SAFE!
