Un buen lugar de paso

La ubicación es excelente si cuentas con auto arrendado, todas las habitaciones y sala común cuentan con A/C, cuenta con lavadora y secadora lo que facilita la estadía cuando vas con niñ@s.

Que el control remoto del televisor no funcionara bien (quizás pilas malas) y me hubiera gustado que contara con mejores espacios exteriores por ejemplo una plaza para niñ@s o más piscinas.

Appartement non conforme à la description et surtout AUX PHOTOS, publicité mensongére.

La facilité de récupéré les clés dans une boite à n'importe qu'elle heure. Les réponses assez rapident du contact. La grandeur de l'appartement.

-Les photos sur le site qui sont bien en dessous de la réalité. On nous annonce un logement luxury, il est noté photos récentes sur le site, non seulement les photos sont pas récentes mais en plus, il est loin d'être luxury. (je suppose que les photos mis sur le site sont celle de l'appartement quand il était neuf, il est très loin de l'être actuellement). -La propreté du logement: Les fenêtres sont pas nettoyé, le carrelage au mur est dans un état pitoyable (trace noir et très sale), toutes les portes sont sales, les miroirs sont sales.... -L'état des draps: ils sont plus blanc mais jaunes, ils sont tachés (de grosses taches noires) et troués. -L'état des serviettes: elles sont jaunes et tachés. -L'état des oreillers: jaunes et non blanc. -Le bruit dans l'immeuble, les voisins sont bruyants, vous êtes réveillé à 5h du matin par les voisins en dessous (le premier jour obligé d'aller les voir et les autres jours, ils parlent comme si ils étaient seuls) et 7h30 par ceux du dessous. Si vous décidez de faire une sieste l'après midi, c'est les gens à l'exterieur qui littéralement gueule. -Une machine à laver en panne dans la pièce à vivre. -L'électroménager qui ne fonctionne pas. On voit sur les photos un extracteur de jus, vous achetez des oranges à jus et vous pouvez pas les faire car il fonctionne pas. -Les photos vous montrent des equipements en superbe état, c'est pas le cas. Les pommeaux de douches sont totalement rouillés idem pour les trucs à coté des toilettes (on sait même pas à quoi ça sert). -Si vous voulez prendre une douche, faut s'y prendre dix minutes avant et accorder 30 minutes pour une simple douche (sans les cheveux) car l'eau chaude n'arrive pas de suite et en coule au compte goutte. -le premier jour de notre arrivé la nuit de mardi à mercredi, pas d'eau avant jeudi fin de journée. -Même pas une bouteille d'eau (eau du robinet non potable) et un peu de café à l'arrivé.
