Very comfortable, felt like home away from home. After a big day out it was nice to come back and be comfortable and enjoy a wine and watch tv. Nice and close to the local shops so stocking up on supplies was easy.

Nothing we didn’t like.

the property was so clean and tidy, very fresh and nothing out of place! looked and smelt lovely on arrival, perfect. the area is lovely, and a dedicated parking spot is helpful as most other areas are permit parking only. there are plenty amenities around, general shops, restaurants and pubs. the property was plenty big enough for four people too. very comfy beds!

I feel like the property could benefit from a customer welcome book of some sort. this could include how to use the heating and hot water, and where things in the house are, local taxis, local takeaways etc. On our first night we managed to turn the heating on as it was fairly cold, however for the next few days we did not have any hot water and had to have washes using the kettle for hot water. I tried to get hold of the company but could not, hence the reason I think a welcome book would be good, to include this sort of instruction.

One of the cleanest, comfortable places I have stayed. Could not fault it. Good communication.

Honestly there was nothing to dislike.
