The property was clean, good AC, great location with fishing dock.
When I booked this location I didn’t realize that this was an upstairs only apartment. All the stairs with very little room to store all the fishing equipment that we brought. The rental provided very cheap pillows that were uncomfortable.

Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, plenty of cookware, decor, clean, appliances and cold ac. Plenty of room for watching tv and playing games in dining area. We really enjoyed listening to music while fishing on the dock at sunrise and watching a beautiful sunset. Dock lite just right.

The access to the bay was great and the host were available at any time. The kayaks were were a nice ammenti. The beds were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the dock. Owners are helpful and kind.
We were charged an extra 400 cash when we showed up with 2 extra people for an extra cleaning fee. They wanted our 2 teenagers to rent a hotel or we could pay them cash. We had had 7 people , one being a small child. There were a queen bed, double beds in one room and a couch pullout so plenty of room for 7. We were not told about the washer and dryer downstairs in a separate room inside of their garage until our last day. This unit is above the owners garage which sits right in front of their home. Very narrow stairs leading to unit. There is not enough parking if you have 2 vehicles, you will continously move one vehicle back into the street to let another one out because you can't park on the grass.
