Brand new screened in deck with SALTWATER HEATED pool and a SPA. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella provided to our guests. Ring front yard camera for your safety. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING OR DRUGS ALLOWED! NO PETS! NO PARTIES! LOCAL NOISE ORDINANCES MUST BE OBSERVED BETWEEN 10PM AND 7AM!

Very well maintained, clean property! Short distance to the ocean and was in a good neighborhood! The hot tub and pool were fantastic!

Diana was a gracious and communicative hostess. Her home was an easy walk to the Mercato, Ritz or beach and was fabulous for adults or families. The spa and pool were well kept and the home was beautifully decorated and appointed. We appreciated the included coffee pods, ample closet space, easy parking and convenient location. Highly recommended!

The property is nicely updated, well-appointed, and very clean. The pool and hot tub were a hit with both kids and adults. It’s within walking distance of the beach (20 mins) and restaurants. Check in/our was a breeze and Diana was very responsive. Highly recommend!
