Adventure awaits no matter the season at these three cozy and very inviting condos, located at the Historic Mill House Lodge & Resort. Relax on your shared front porch and enjoy the sights and sounds that accompany lakefront living. Stroll a half-mile to all the shops and dining options in town, and time your visit right to check out an event at the Flat Rock Playhouse. Spend sunny days splashing in the outdoor pool, playing tennis, and launching the provided canoes from a private, white sand beach on spring-fed Jordan Lake. Enjoy a cookout at the grilling and picnic area or spend the evening around the firepit roasting marshmallows. Explore the lush eight-acre property grounds via scenic trails anytime. At home, prepare quick snacks or reheat yesterday's leftovers in the well-equipped kitchens and kitchenettes and then settle in to watch TV into the evening. SHARED AMENITIES - Outdoor pool - Canoes - Firepit - Outdoor dining tables - Gas grill - Tennis court THINGS TO KNOW A 4x4 is recommended to reach this property in winter. Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Shared laundry facilities. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
