The main level has living room, dining room, large kitchen with breakfast bar seating, and a full bathroom. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The second level has two large master suites. Front bedroom has one king bed and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower. Rear master has one queen bed, one twin XL day bed with a trundle and en suite bathrooms with showers and double sinks. This unit can sleep up to 8 guests with the sleeper sofas. Front master suite has a private front porch with seating. The rear master suit has a Juliet balcony with views of the Gazebo stage at Central Park. Enjoys multi-level backyard deck with brick patio divided by large, shared fire pit. Gas grill, outdoor dining seating for 6 with umbrella, plus a small storage unit stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, corn hole boards, tennis rackets, etc. One shared outdoor shower to make rinsing off after the beach a breeze! There are multiple televisions with Roku/Fire stick/Apple TV, high speed broadband internet, upstairs laundry room, beach towels, extra linens, etc. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis and pets must be kenneled if left alone for more than 2 hours.
