Overall a fantastic stay - clear communication, fantastic location in Lapad with easy connectivity to the old town, walkable to grocery stores and of course plenty of restaurants.
The unit is very comfortable, has great air conditioning and well equipped kitchen. One thing I really loved, the windows in the living room area are tinted and have mirrored-reflection on the outside. This means you remain cool inside and have privacy while still able to enjoy the view.
The only minor negative - while very convenient to have a parking spot, it’s charged 10€ nightly. Which isn’t a huge expense, but over the 4 days of our peak-august visit, there were no other cars in their spacious parking. It feels like that 40€ was just another revenue stream vs paying to offset an expense of the owner (for ex, if the owner had to secure scarce parking offsite).
In any case, that cost was clearly explained upfront so this is merely how we felt after seeing the lot empty throughout our stay.
Otherwise wonderful, comfortable stay.

"Near the beach, clean and very comfortable beds and an outdoor patio to enjoy the mornings and evenings. 😇 Our host Andrew were very friendly, attentive and helpful with any questions we had."
